FAQ

What is Care Hub?

Care Hub is a care space designed to detect early changes in cognition, movement, and metabolism (daily life), and connect recovery, prevention, and maintenance in one continuous flow. It is designed for people who need the right care at the right stage, from post-hospital recovery to pre-diagnosis support, especially when cognitive or physical decline is beginning. - People who need rehabilitation and recovery support after hospital discharge - Residents of senior housing who are at risk of leaving due to cognitive or physical decline - People with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early-stage dementia who need structured support - People who need short-term care due to family or caregiver gaps Care Hub is not simply a place for people who need constant care. It is a place to check your current condition—body, memory, and daily life—and plan the next stage of life with confidence. The goal is not a long-term stay, but a supported return to everyday life.

What services do you provide?

We provide integrated care across three areas: cognition, movement, and metabolism (daily life). Our key services include: - Cognitive Care: In partnership with Silvia Health, we provide digital-based evaluations such as EEG testing and AI voice analysis, along with personalized training (DTx) and MCI care. - Physical Care: In collaboration with Healience Core Center, we assess walking, balance, and strength, and provide low-intensity, high-frequency exercise routines to help prevent falls. - Metabolic & Lifestyle Care: Working with Juvise, Benjamin, and other partners, we monitor sleep patterns (AI analysis), body composition, blood sugar, and daily rhythms to support circulation and recovery. - Safety Monitoring: Using radar sensors and other contactless technology, we detect falls and emergencies 24/7 without cameras or wearable devices. - Medical Network: Partnered with Silvia Clinic for cognitive care, Bobath Memorial Hospital for checkups, and nearby university hospitals, including Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong and Konkuk University Medical Center, for emergency transfers.

What are the rooms like?

All rooms are private single rooms, designed to provide both privacy and stability. Contactless AI sensors detect falls and vital signals in real time, creating a safer living environment without the need for wearable devices. Each room is also designed to support monitoring of sleep, daily rhythms, and physical condition, allowing for more personalized care based on each resident’s health status.

What should I bring when moving in?

Personal Items You should bring clothing, underwear, toiletries (such as a toothbrush and shampoo), and any personal medications. Personal daily items may be brought freely as needed. However, items that are bulky or require special caution or safety review should be discussed with the facility in advance.

What is included in the monthly fee?

- Meals: 90 meals per month (based on 3 meals per day) - Medical / Care: 24-hour care and basic nursing, emergency response, caregiver services, medical lectures and doctor sessions, basic health screening (for stays of 6 months or more) - Residential Services: Pre-move-in cleaning, reception service, housekeeping/laundry (twice a week), bedding laundry (once a week), mail/parcel handling, concierge service (1 hour per month) - Health / Programs: Health lectures, group exercise (GX, 5 times a week), access to the fitness room and foot bath room, wearable device use, meditation/yoga (once a week) - Culture / Community: Access to the lounge and rooftop garden, regular performances and lectures, trust and asset management consultation
